What makes our steaks so special?
All of our steaks are hand-cut in house from USDA Prime Iowa Premium Beef, and are aged for a minimum of 21 days. Iowa Premium Beef is sourced exclusively from Iowa family farms. We think the difference shows, and hope you do too.
All steaks are served with your choice of one of our signature salads or specialty soups, as well as one steakhouse side (unless otherwise noted).
